1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Polyforecast.ai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Polyforecast provides AI-generated probability reports and analysis for publicly available prediction markets. The Service monitors prediction market data, gathers evidence from public sources, and generates forecast reports using artificial intelligence models.

3. Not Financial Advice

The Service does not provide financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. All forecasts, probability estimates, and analysis are for informational and educational purposes only. You should not rely on any content provided by the Service as a basis for making financial decisions. Prediction market participation carries risk of loss. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

4. No Affiliation

Polyforecast is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Polymarket, Kalshi, or any other prediction market platform. Market data is sourced from publicly available APIs.

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI-generated forecasts may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Probability estimates are model outputs, not guaranteed predictions. Past forecast accuracy does not guarantee future results. The Service makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any forecast or analysis.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout. Prices are in USD. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

9. Refund Policy

Because the Service delivers digital informational content that is accessible immediately upon subscription activation, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to forecast reports, market analysis, and other digital content, and you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the Service.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended Service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours, or a verified billing error), you may request a discretionary credit by contacting krutftw@gmail.com within 7 days of the event. Such credits are granted at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed. Requests should include your account email and a description of the issue.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, forecasts, analysis, and software provided by the Service are owned by Polyforecast. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Third-party content (news articles, market data) is attributed to its respective owners.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download Service content
• Resell or redistribute forecasts without permission
• Attempt to interfere with the Service’s operation
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polyforecast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any forecast or analysis provided.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
